DETROP 2014 PROFILE

The International Exhibition of Food and Beverages ‘DETROP’, utilizing its dynamics and its 22-years-long expertise, evolves with the organization of a specialized twin-event in HELEXPO MAROUSSI in Attica. The new event of the Food and Beverages sector is entitled “Detrop Boutique Show Athens” and will be held from 14 to 16 March, 2014. 

Detrop Boutique Show aims to offer visitors an exclusive tour to unique Greek and Mediterranean products produced in Greece, as well as to authentic labels. of products. 

Furthermore, the event aims at enhancing the familiarity of Chefs, sector professionals and connoisseurs of Greek and international gastronomy with the particular products. Thus an underlying theme of the event is the combination of quality traditional on the one hand and modern way of preparation and presentation on the other. 

Molecular gastronomy, presentations and seminars by distinguished chefs and various sector personalities, will present how everyday materials may be transformed into exquisite dishes, thus enriching the Greek exhibition scenery with a high level and strictly B2B oriented event.  

During the exhibition major trade visitors from specific target countries will be invited and hosted by TIF-HELEXPO S.A.  The International Exhibition of Food and Beverages ‘DETROP’, with the new specialized event ‘Detrop Boutique Show Athens’, will continue the tradition of highlighting Greek products in a selected range and international buyers – only this time, the place will be HELEXPO PALACE in Attica.
